“Covered like the moon with the shadow of the Earth…”

If you were able to catch the Lunar Eclipse last night, consider yourself lucky! According to NASA, it was the first time in 372 years that a total Lunar Eclipse has fallen on the Winter Solstice! And although it was said that the best views would be from North and Central America, many that tried to catch a glimpse may have found themselves starring up at cloudy skies.

Those who found themselves gazing at clearer skies were able to witness something so rare, it cant even be considered a “Once-in-a-Lifetime” kind of thing! The Yahoo article, Amazing Spectacle: Total Lunar Eclipse Monday Night  states, “The passage of the moon through the Earth’s Shadow is equally visible from all places within the hemisphere where the moon is above the horizon”.

Unfortunately, accidents happen a little more frequently that the nights when a total Lunar Eclipse falls on the Winter Solstice, and when they do, you want to be covered like the moon with the shadow of the Earth. Call your local MA Insurance agent today to ask how Encharter Insurance can provide you with the best coverage you can get on your Lexington MA Home Insurance, Lexington MA Auto Insurance, Lexington MA Business Insurance and any of your other Lexington MA Insurance Needs.
