- Problem: My CD’s have been sliding around my glove compartment for a year or so, needless to say they are all scratched.
Solution: The best solution for repairing scratched DVD’s and CD’s is to first try polishing the scratches (start at the center of the disk and rub outward, NOT in circular motions) with furniture polish or car polish.
